erectile dysfunction l-arginine

Is it safe to take Ginkgo and L-arginine together and it contributes to erectile dysfunction?

I'm just taken for blood flowing again, does more than just someone it safe to take both, the other day and told me that both are good for dysfunction erectile and you make it last longer in bed and I had no idea that this is the case it's not what I'm assuming just to get my blood flows.

Ginkgo and L-arginine supplements that are safe to take together (within a reasonable time, as with anything in Taking too much can be harmful). Both are commonly used to improve the circulation which can also be beneficial for the malfunction erectile (ED) (especially if the movement is a cause.) However, the idea that these supplements can make it last longer in bed is not true. I am not aware of evidence of this effect. There are exercises you can do and can help with that, but nutritional supplements is not likely effective. Kegel exercises can help control the ejaculation during sexual intercourse more. See here for more information: http://sexuality.about.com/od/anatomyresponse/ht/kegelsmen.htm Arginine is an amino acid common and natural. It is commonly used for circulatory problems, because it is a NO (nitric oxide) precursors. No loosening and expansion causes the blood vessels allowing blood to circulate. The theory is that taking arginine, which can potentially increase the amount NO in the blood, and thus improve circulation. The leaf of Ginkgo biloba tree has been used therapeutically in China for millennia. The active ingredients of extracts of Ginkgo biloba contain many substances different, but most of them fall into two main categories: terpene lactones and flavonoids. Ginkgo is most commonly used to help memory and mental function (and research shows that this effect may be due to increased circulation in the brain.) Concerning erectile dysfunction, there may be a benefit to using both arginine and ginkgo (due benefits of the circulatory system.) See the following websites for specific research on the effect of arginine ginkgo and erectile dysfunction: http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/?s=arginine http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/?s=ginkgo dose is also a key factor. A study with low dose showed no effect with erectile dysfunction (http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/effect-of-oral-administration-of-high-dose-nitric-oxide-donor- l-arginine in men with erectile dysfunction-organic-results-of-a-double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, /) and another study revealed receive a strong dose of erectile dysfunction (http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/effectiveness-of-oral-l-arginine-in-first-line-treatment-of-erectile- dysfunction-in-one individually controlled crossover study /) It would be desirable to seek professional advice from an expert in nutritional supplements (for example, naturopathic doctor, or MD with training in nutrition). Here's another good article on nutritional supplementation (including arginine and ginkgo) http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/nutrients-and-botanicals-for-erectile-dysfunction-examining-the – evidence-2 / (Click the yellow "alternative medicine examination for full article)
